Vaporizers

I posted this question in the health and wellness section already, but thought that maybe it might get more of a response if I posted it on a more general board that might get a little more traffic. I hope this isn't against policies, as I haven't ever seen anything against cross-posting, so here goes.

I've heard about using vaporizers and how they can be a healthier mode of delivery as opposed to smoking, but have never seen any devices. Do any of you
have experiences with vaporizers and are they easy to use for totally blind people? Thank you for your input.

When I posted previously, the responses I did get were concerning E-cigarettes, but to be a little more specific I'd like to find out information about vaporizers as a delivery mode for medicinal cannabis.

Yes, the vaporizers discussed here aren't ecigarettes but rather, actually vaporize tobacco or other substances. My apologies for confusing everyone. While it's true that many people go to specific boards, many also use the "Topics with New Posts". There, the topics that were posted to the most shoot up to the top of the list. So it's usually not necessary to post things in different categories. No harm done though, just saying.

Normally cross posting is not allowed, but as there was more than a little confusion on the original topic, we'll let this one slide. :)

I've heard of some electronic alternatives that use water vapor and some sort of flavoring so it seems like you're smoking tobacco.
